Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Contracting Manager to manage hotel partnerships and contracting across Thailand, Dubai, Bali, and Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international markets, a strong supplier network, and a sharp eye for negotiating the best deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard hotel partners in the assigned international regions
- Negotiate competitive rates, special offers, and added-value services
- Manage and update seasonal rate sheets, contracts, and terms
- Maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships
- Ensure timely renewals and compliance with contracting standards
- Monitor supplier performance and service levels
- Collaborate with product, operations, and sales teams to align supply with demand
- Conduct regular destination visits for relationship building and sourcing
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to keep pricing competitive
Requirements:
- 34 years of experience in hotel contracting or travel procurement
- Strong supplier network and market knowledge in Southeast Asia and the Middle East
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of FIT and group travel segments
- Experience in rate loading formats, seasonal pricing structures, and contract negotiation
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned destinations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and contract systems
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience working in B2B travel or OTA environments
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong commercial mindset and attention to detail
