HOTEL CAPTAIN – F&B SERVICE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle restaurant, banquet & in-room dining operations

• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction

• Coordinate with the F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager

• Supervise service staff and maintain service standards

• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day F&B operations
