Job Title: Hostess – Multipurpose Role
Location: New Delhi
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Food

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Assist in front-of-house operations including guest queries and follow-ups
- Coordinate with service staff and kitchen to ensure smooth dining experience
- Handle guest complaints and provide prompt solutions
- Support in promotional or event activities as required
- Assist in light administrative tasks and maintaining guest records
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and reliable
