This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing guest interactions and ensuring a seamless dining experience, addressing guest inquiries, assisting with reservations, and handling feedback with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and contributing to the promotion of dining services and experiences offered by CHPL.

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to enhance the overall experience.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with guests and team members.
• Experience performing Receptionist Duties, such as managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating with staff.
• Background in Sales, with the ability to promote restaurant services and uphold brand standards.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a positive attitude towards creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
