Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Hostel Warden cum Coach, located in Bilara. The key responsibilities include managing day-to-day hostel operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for students, and supervising their welfare and discipline. The role further involves coaching and mentoring students in sports and other extracurricular activities, organizing events, and fostering their overall physical and mental well-being. The warden will also act as a bridge between students, parents, and school management, ensuring smooth communication and addressing concerns as they arise.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and management skills, including hostel administration and student welfare management
- Experience and expertise in coaching sports or managing sports-related activities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to manage discipline, resolve conflicts, and create a harmonious residential environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies, Physical Education, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role in an educational or residential setting is an advantage
- Commitment to the overall development and well-being of students
- Knowledge of child safety protocols and first aid is desirable
