Role Description The Hostel Warden role is a full-time, on-site position based at AAFT University of Media and Arts in Raipur. The warden is responsible for overseeing daily hostel operations, including resident admissions, room allocation, and adherence to hostel rules and safety protocols. The role includes maintaining discipline, handling grievances, and ensuring a secure, inclusive, and supportive living environment for learners. The warden coordinates with university administration, security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to manage facilities, cleanliness, and repairs. Additional responsibilities include record-keeping, managing emergency situations, organizing orientation or awareness sessions, and promoting a positive hostel culture aligned with university values.

- Candidates should possess resident welfare and counseling skills, with the ability to support learners, address concerns, and promote a safe and inclusive environment.
