We are seeking an experienced Hostel Male Warden to oversee the daily operations and management of our hostel, ensuring a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the hostel.
• Ensure the safety and security of all residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and upkeep of hostel facilities.
• Organize and facilitate hostel events and activities.
• Address and resolve resident complaints and issues promptly.
• Maintain records of resident information and incidents.
• Enforce hostel rules and regulations.
• Liaise with parents and guardians regarding resident welfare.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Social Work, or relevant field.
• 4-10 years of experience in hostel management or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic administrative and computer skills for record-keeping.
• Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures in a residential setting.
