Job Title: Hospitality Trainer Orion Group of Hotels
Orion Group of Hotels is looking for a Hospitality Trainer who can train and groom our front office, housekeeping and F&B service teams to deliver consistent, highstandard guest experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular training sessions for Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B on SOPs, grooming, communication and guest handling.
- Create simple, practical training material checklists, role plays, mock drills, onthejob training.
- Do induction training for new joiners and refresher training for existing staff.
- Observe operations on the floor and give feedback and corrective training where required.
- Track training attendance, improvement in guest feedback, audit scores etc.
Requirements:
- Background in hotel operations (Front Office / HK / F&B) or hospitality training.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable taking classroom sessions and onthefloor practical training.
- Positive attitude, patient with staff, but firm on standards and discipline.
