Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hospitality Trainer, based in Bengaluru with some flexibility for remote work. The Hospitality Trainer will deliver engaging and informative training sessions focused on hospitality skills, including customer service, front office operations, and food & beverage management. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, mentoring students, evaluating performance, and coordinating with different teams to ensure a comprehensive learning experience. The Trainer will also provide consulting and practical guidance to help students excel in their roles.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Hospitality Consulting and Training to design and deliver effective learning programs
  • Knowledge and skills in Customer Service and Front Office operations
  • Experience in Food & Beverage management with hands-on practical expertise
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and inspire students with a focus on professional development
  • Prior experience in the hospitality, aviation, or event management industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality management, business, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
