Hospitality Trainer – M1
Location: As per business requirement
Experience: 12–20 years
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
Salary: 45,000–60,000 per month + PLI up to 10,000 per month
Travel: Candidate should be willing to travel
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Trainer with strong expertise in hotel operations, F&B service, front office, housekeeping, and hospitality training.
Key Responsibilities
- Train candidates on Front Office Operations across different types of hotels.
- Conduct training on Reservation Procedures and Guest Tracking.
- Provide practical knowledge of hospitality software such as Fidelio / Opera.
- Train learners in F&B Service, Banquets, Dining Etiquette, Table Manners and Table Layout.
- Cover Housekeeping Operations, room servicing and different types of rooms.
- Explain different types of menus, cutlery and F&B terminology.
- Provide training on F&B Production and Menu Planning.
- Cover knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Introduce learners to basic French language and commonly used hospitality terms.
- Deliver practical, industry-oriented training aligned with hospitality standards.
Requirements
- 3-year Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- 12–20 years of overall experience in the hospitality industry.
- At least 3–4 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, reputed hospitality organization, or recognized training institute.
- Strong knowledge of Fidelio / Opera.
- Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.
- Strong practical understanding of hotel operations and hospitality standards.
- Willingness to travel as required for training assignments.
