Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a RSVP Executive located in New Delhi. The Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing RSVP operations with listing and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include guest list management, follow-ups and confirmations. Collaboration with team members to uphold the highest standards of hospitality is central to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions effectively and professionally
• Expertise in Hospitality and Hospitality Service, ensuring a seamless guest experience
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, on-site setting
• Prior experience in hospitality, event management, or a related field is preferred
• must have a minimum experience of 3 years in RSVP Management
• must know how to make and keep lists and sheets.
