Role Description The Hospitality Professional is a full-time on-site role based in Sadar, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service throughout the guest journey. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests. The role involves coordinating with front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to ensure smooth operations and a consistently high standard of service. The Hospitality Professional will handle reservations, provide local information, and support guests with special requirements or events. This position requires maintaining a professional demeanor, upholding brand standards, and contributing to a welcoming and efficient hotel environment.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
• Effective communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations and hospitality service standards within a hotel environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in hotels or related hospitality roles is preferred; familiarity with front office or concierge duties is an advantage.
