Job Description

  • Manage daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maintain profitability.
  • Develop menus, pricing strategies, and promotions to drive sales growth.
  • Supervise staff performance, provide training, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-13 years of experience in hospitality industry with expertise in F&B operations.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices (IHM/BHM degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple outlets simultaneously while maintaining quality control.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
