Role Description
The Hospitality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division. This role involves ensuring exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for residents. Daily responsibilities include managing accommodations, overseeing food and beverage services, coordinating staff training, and handling guest inquiries. The manager will also oversee operational tasks to maintain a high standard of hospitality and comfort within the facility.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with residents and address their needs
- Experience in Hospitality operations and Food & Beverage management
- Ability to conduct and manage Training programs for staff to ensure outstanding service quality
- Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using hospitality management software and tools
- Prior experience in the hospitality or coliving industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
