Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Hospitality role based in jawai bandh pali at Kurja jawai the jungle camp resort. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, supporting day-to-day hospitality operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, addressing their needs, and coordinating with various departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping to ensure a high-quality experience. The candidate will help maintain standards of the resort and create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and strong interpersonal skills
- Expertise in Hospitality and Hospitality Service
- Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
- Experience with Food & Beverage service is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain professionalism
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a hospitality or resort environment is preferred
- Attentiveness to detail and a guest-focused attitude
