Job Summary

· We are looking for a warm, professional, customer-focused, and well-groomed Hospitality Executive to enhance the customer experience in our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, providing personalized hospitality services, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and welcome customers with a pleasant, professional, and courteous attitude.

· Ensure customers are comfortable and attended to promptly upon arrival.

· Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team to provide appropriate assistance.

· Offer refreshments, snacks, beverages, and other hospitality services based on customer preferences and requirements.

· Regularly check on customer comfort and ensure a premium showroom experience.

· Maintain hospitality counters, refreshment areas, and customer lounges in a clean and organized manner.

· Build positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and attentive service.

· Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.

· Handle customer inquiries professionally and direct them to the concerned department when required.

· Support showroom events, VIP customer visits, exhibitions, and special customer engagement activities.

· Maintain exceptional grooming and presentation standards that reflect the brand's premium image.

Required Skills

· Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is an added advantage).

· Strong customer service and hospitality skills.

· Pleasant personality with a welcoming attitude.

· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized service.

· Professional appearance and confident body language.

· Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

· Intermediate / Any Graduate.

· 2–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Guest Relations, Front Office, Luxury Retail, Airlines, Hotels, or Customer Service.

· Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Candidates from North-Eastern states are preferred.

· Well-groomed, presentable, and fashion-conscious with a polished professional appearance.

· Stylish and elegant dressing sense aligned with luxury retail standards.

· Excellent etiquette, confidence, and customer engagement skills.

· Ability to interact comfortably with premium and high-value customers.

· Experience in luxury retail, jewellery showrooms, hospitality, hotels, airlines, or premium customer service environments will be an added advantage.
