Role Description
We are seeking a high-potential Hospitality Advisory Associate to join our advisory team.
This is a front-row seat to hotel deals, not a back-office role. You will work directly on live projects involving brand evaluations, operator discussions, and strategic recommendations among other functions.
What You Will Do
- Support in day to day operations across all our services
- Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, and demand analysis
- Assist in financial reviews and project positioning
- Develop high-quality presentations (PPT/Canva) and reports
- Participate in operator meetings and discussion processes
- Coordinate across stakeholders on multi-city hotel projects
Qualification
- 1 to 3 years of experience in:
- Hotel operations (Front Office, Sales, Reservations, Revenue Management), or
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong command of English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint / Canva)
- Demonstrated attention to detail and structured thinking
- High ownership mindset with a willingness to learn and grow rapidly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Basic understanding of hospitality operations and commercial drivers
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Work Style & Expectations
(On-site role)
- Willingness to travel for short, multi-day assignments across locations.
- Ability to engage with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
