Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitalist located in Delhi, India. As a Hospitalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive inpatient care, including managing patient admissions, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes, oversee patient progress, and coordinate discharge plans. Additional duties may include involvement in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the education of medical students and residents.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide variety of medical conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Ability to manage patient care efficiently while ensuring compassionate and patient-centered service
- Time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential
- Licensed Medical Practitioner (MBBS or equivalent degree), with a valid practicing license in India
- Previous experience as a Hospitalist or in a similar role is preferred
- Commitment to compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Certification in internal medicine or related specialty is a plus
