Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Hospital Sales Specialist, located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with hospitals, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and implementing effective business strategies to achieve sales targets. The role also involves managing designated territories, ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity to drive growth and market share.

  • Proficiency in Territory Management and Hospital Sales strategies
  • Experience in Medical Sales and Business Planning
  • Strong skills in Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to work in a hybrid work environment
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience with sales in medical services or products is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
