Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Receptionist located in Bengaluru. The Hospital Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, scheduling patient appointments, and ensuring smooth communication with patients and staff. Additional duties include providing excellent customer service, maintaining patient records, and supporting administrative tasks to help ensure efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and familiarity with maintaining schedules efficiently
• Strong Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication skills to assist patients and coordinate with staff
• Experience in Receptionist Duties, such as greeting patients, managing inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and general understanding of Medical Office operations
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office management software
• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or similar role is an advantage
