Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to create care plans.

  • Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to emergency situations.

  • Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems.

  • Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and treatment plans.

  • Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.

  • Support patient hygiene, mobility, and nutrition needs when required.

  • Assist during procedures and coordinate discharge planning.
