Job Title : Hospital Marketing Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Hospital Marketing Manager to drive patient footfall growth and strengthen the outreach network of Navodaya Medical College Hospital & Research Centre. The ideal candidate should have strong local market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of government healthcare schemes and patient facilitation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase patient footfall across hospital departments.
- Build strong referral networks with local doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, corporates, and community organizations.
- Conduct regular field visits, promotional activities, and outreach programs across the region.
- Organize health camps, awareness drives, and community engagement initiatives.
- Guide and support patients regarding government healthcare schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account), and other applicable health benefit programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding, registrations, and service experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership channels to improve patient acquisition.
- Track referral trends, outreach performance, and submit regular business development reports.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Marketing, Healthcare Management, MSW or related field.
- Prior experience in hospital marketing, healthcare business development, patient counseling, or healthcare outreach is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Ayushman Bharat, Yashaswini, Ayush, ABHA, and other government healthcare schemes.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits and outreach activities.
Preferred:
- 2 to 5 Years of Experience working with hospitals, healthcare institutions, or medical outreach programs.
- Good understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem and patient behavior.
