The Hospital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the hospital's brand and promote its services. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to reach target audiences effectively and drive patient engagement.

JD:

• Develop and implement hospital marketing strategies to increase patient inflow.
• Build strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
• Manage corporate tie-ups, insurance partnerships, and institutional collaborations.
• Plan health camps, outreach programs, and promotional activities.
• Lead the hospital marketing team and monitor performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• MBA -Marketing
• 2-6 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in content creation and social media management.
• Preferred candidate from Odisha location.

Language Known :

• Hindi, English, Odia
