Key Responsibilities- Build and manage strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions
- Promote hospital departments, treatment services, and procedures
- Explain hospital workflows, referral processes, and patient pathways clearly
- Support OPD promotions, health camps, and outreach programs
- Coordinate with internal medical and administrative teams
- Track market feedback, referrals, and competitor activity
Eligibility Criteria- Bachelor's degree (Science background preferred)
- 3+ years experience in Hospital / Healthcare Marketing
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical services
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
Preferred Skills- Doctor engagement & referral development
- Field marketing experience
- Target-driven and disciplined approach
Languages- English & Tamil (Preferred)
