Core responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning:Develop and implement overall marketing strategies, brand plans, and annual marketing plans in alignment with hospital goals.
  • Content creation:Write and produce marketing copy, content for social media, blog posts, and other materials for various online and print channels.
  • Campaign management:Create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Market research and analysis:Conduct market research to identify patient needs, new opportunities, and competitor activity, and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Community and public relations:Manage relationships with the media, organize community outreach programs, and conduct health camps to enhance visibility.
  • Collaboration:Work with healthcare professionals to create informative content and collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Performance monitoring:Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide reports to management on marketing activities and ROI.
  • Online presence management:Oversee the hospital's website and social media profiles to manage its online reputation and presence.
