This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned professionals who understand the intersection of healthcare data, compliance, and operational decision-making. No prior AI background required — just deep domain expertise and a rigorous approach to data quality.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated healthcare data frameworks, policies, and outputs for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory alignment
- Identify gaps in data quality, governance logic, and compliance reasoning within AI-generated clinical content
- Apply your knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory frameworks to assess and improve AI outputs
- Review and provide structured, expert feedback on how AI handles hospital data governance scenarios
- Work across clinical, IT, and compliance contexts to assess cross-functional data workflow simulations
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health informatics
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy and compliance frameworks — particularly HIPAA
- Skilled at working across clinical, technical, and administrative domains
- Detail-oriented and systematic — you catch inconsistencies that others miss
- Clear and structured written communicator who can articulate expert reasoning
- Comfortable evaluating complex governance scenarios across a variety of healthcare settings
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or clinical data auditing
- Background in EHR systems, health data interoperability, or regulatory reporting
- Familiarity with AI tools or data evaluation workflows
- Experience in hospital operations, compliance leadership, or clinical informatics
