Location: Surat, Gujarat

Salary: Up to 1,00,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and suitability)

Venus HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Hospital Administrator / Hospital Manager to manage the overall operations of a 100+ bedded hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end hospital operations and administration.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and all hospital departments.
• Manage patient services, admissions, discharges, and grievance resolution.
• Handle manpower planning, staff performance, and departmental coordination.
• Monitor hospital budgets, revenue, operational costs, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and NABH standards.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support services.
• Coordinate with billing, insurance, TPA, and finance departments.
• Improve patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Prepare MIS reports and present operational performance to management.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospital administration or hospital operations.

Must have experience managing a 100+ bedded hospital.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.

Excellent understanding of hospital operations, healthcare compliance, and financial management.

Educational Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Hospital Administration or Hospital & Healthcare Management, OR
• MHA (Master of Hospital Administration), OR
• Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management with relevant experience.
• Other relevant healthcare administration qualifications may also be considered.

Experience in a multispecialty or super-specialty hospital will be preferred.
