Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain indoor and outdoor growing systems (soil-based, hydroponics, vertical gardens, etc.)
Conduct workshops and experiential learning sessions for children and families
Monitor plant health and ensure sustainability practices are followed
Collaborate with the education team to integrate nature and plant learning into museum programs
Maintain inventory and manage lab equipment and supplies
Train and guide interns, volunteers, or support staff in lab operations
