Role: Horticulture Sales Associate
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Horticulture Advisor to join our retail team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of plants and gardening practices and enjoy interacting with customers to provide expert guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers in selecting plants, pots, and gardening products based on their needs and environment.
- Provide expert advice on plant care, maintenance, watering schedules, fertilization, and pest management.
- Educate customers about various plant species and gardening techniques to enhance their gardening experience.
- Ensure plant health and upkeep within the store by monitoring watering, pruning, and general maintenance requirements.
- Support visual merchandising by maintaining attractive and informative plant displays.
- Assist customers with queries and provide a seamless in-store experience.
- Stay updated on new products, plant varieties, and gardening trends.
Eligibility
- Mandatory: B.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture.
- Strong knowledge of plants, gardening practices, and plant care.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Passion for gardening and helping customers succeed in their plant journey.
- Comfortable working in a retail environment with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
