Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Horticultural Manager. The Horticultural Manager will oversee various garden and landscaping projects, including planning, designing, and managing the development of green spaces. The role involves supervising maintenance schedules, monitoring plant health, managing horticultural teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. Interaction with clients to discuss requirements and provide expert guidance is a key aspect of the position.

- Knowledge and expertise in Horticulture, Landscape Design, and Plant Health Management
- Project management and organizational skills, ensuring smooth execution of gardening and landscaping projects
- Team management and leadership skills to oversee and guide horticultural teams
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and convey recommendations effectively
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to garden maintenance and plant care
- Experience in environmental sustainability and eco-friendly gardening practices is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Horticulture, Botany, Environmental Science, or a related field
