Role Description The HoReCa Partnerships & Operations role in Mumbai is a full-time position focused on developing and managing relationships with hotels, restaurants, and cafes to expand Courtyard Farms presence in the market. This is a hybrid role, with primary responsibilities based in Gurugram and some flexibility for work from home, requiring regular coordination with local and regional HoReCa partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and onboarding new partners, nurturing existing accounts, executing sales plans, and ensuring smooth operational processes such as ordering, delivery, and product availability. The role involves analyzing sales performance, monitoring partner feedback, and collaborating with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and product positioning. The successful candidate will maintain clear communication with stakeholders, resolve operational issues promptly, and represent the brand professionally at on-site meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
  • Strong relationship-building skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships within the HoReCa or FMCG/food & beverage sector.
  • Proficiency in Sales activities, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals with institutional and channel partners.
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, presenting product offerings, and managing cross-functional coordination.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and provide insights for business growth and operational improvement.
  • Experience in HoReCa, retail, or dairy/food products operations and partner management is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage field visits, and handle multiple accounts and priorities independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, Excel or other data analysis software, and basic reporting dashboards.
