Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HORECA (B2B) Field Sales Executive/Manager role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and acquiring new HORECA accounts, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and institutional buyers in the assigned territory. The Field Sales Executive/Manager will conduct regular market visits, present product portfolios, negotiate terms, and close B2B deals while maintaining strong relationships with decision makers and key influencers. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, meeting revenue and distribution targets, executing trade and visibility initiatives, and coordinating closely with internal teams for pricing, supply, and promotions. The role also requires tracking competitor activities, preparing sales reports, and providing feedback to refine sales strategies and brand programs in the HORECA channel.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably in HORECA or institutional sales, with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, client servicing, and negotiation skills to engage and influence HORECA decision makers and trade partners.
  • Ability to conduct structured sales visits, manage a territory, and maintain an active sales funnel using CRM or reporting tools.
  • Good understanding of trade marketing, channel dynamics, and on-ground execution of visibility and promotion initiatives.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in English and local language, with professional conduct in client-facing situations.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working primarily in the field with minimal supervision.
  • Basic analytical skills to interpret sales data, track performance, and provide actionable market feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant field experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Familiarity with FMCG, consumer brands, or distribution-led businesses will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Noida and nearby areas as required by the role.
