Role Description The Honeycomb Panel Manufacturing Unit Production Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Ballabgarh, Faridabad, Haryana (NCR). This position oversees end-to-end production operations for honeycomb panels, including planning daily production schedules, managing shop-floor activities, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. The Production Manager coordinates with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure timely availability of materials, smooth equipment functioning, and compliance with production targets. Responsibilities include monitoring output, optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing wastage, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves supervising and training production staff, maintaining documentation and reports, and working closely with management to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in panel or materials production, with the ability to manage shop-floor workflows and production planning.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices, quality control processes, and basic maintenance coordination in a production environment.
• Proficiency in using production management tools or ERP systems for scheduling, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams, assigning tasks, and fostering a collaborative and disciplined work culture.
• Ability to analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to enhance output and reduce costs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and management.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; relevant manufacturing certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in honeycomb panel, composite material, or similar manufacturing units is highly beneficial.
