Job Description

  • Expertise in Electrical, Body, Chassis & Performance:Skilled in EV & Vehicle performance including AIS 038/039/040/041, AIS 102, AIS 004, AIS 008, IS:15796, IS:15804, IS:11827 etc., and equivalent UNR export regulations.
  • Comprehensive Test Procedure Knowledge:Proficient in preparing worst-case criteria (WCC) and conducting extensive hands-on tests, including pre-checks, instrumentation, vehicle preparation, validations, analysis, and reporting.
  • Audit and Compliance:Experienced in conducting audits, analyzing test failures and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory norms.
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including test agencies and senior management.
  • Soft Skills:Exhibits a positive attitude, leadership, enthusiasm for learning, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency:Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Lead a team effectively in project planning and execution.
  • Act as a compliance auditor in development and homologation testing to ensure adherence to internal standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Design, Engineering, Quality, and Product Planning to ensure vehicles meet relevant regulations and internal design standards.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of automotive regulations, staying updated with any changes that may impact the homologation/validation process.
  • Develop and maintain the project test schedule, ensuring timely completion of all necessary documentation and testing activities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding regulatory requirements. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in the automotive domain.
