Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Homologation Engineer to handle documentation processes for product certification, regulatory compliance, and homologation approvals. The role requires close coordination with manufacturers, testing agencies, and certification bodies to ensure timely and accurate submissions as per industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage technical documentation for product homologation and certification.
• Coordinate with testing agencies, regulatory bodies, and manufacturers to meet compliance requirements.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with relevant standards, regulations, and approval processes.
• Maintain records of certifications, test reports, and regulatory communications.
• Monitor and update processes based on changes in regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in homologation documentation, certification procedures, regulations, and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with document management systems.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards, testing protocols, and approval procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Noida.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with regulatory authorities, certification agencies, or automotive testing labs.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
