Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Homeopathic Teleconsultant. The Homeopathic Teleconsultant will be responsible for consulting with patients over the phone to understand their health concerns, providing personalized Homeopathic treatment plans, offering dietary and lifestyle advice, and monitoring patient progress. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with the medical team to ensure optimal care delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Homeopathic principles, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Strong verbal communication and patient counseling skills, with an empathetic approach
• Ability to provide personalized dietary and lifestyle recommendations complementing Homeopathic treatments
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records and documenting progress
• Experience in teleconsultation or virtual patient interactions is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Homeopathy (BHMS).
• Knowledge of medical ethics and compliance with healthcare regulations
