Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Homeopathic Consultant to provide quality patient consultations, clinical assessment, individualized homeopathic treatment, and follow-up care while maintaining accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and case-taking.
- Assess medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, and overall health condition.
- Identify appropriate homeopathic treatment based on clinical assessment.
- Prescribe homeopathic remedies within the practitioner's legal scope and professional guidelines.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
- Conduct regular follow-up consultations and maintain patient continuity.
- Explain treatment plans, expected follow-ups, and lifestyle recommendations clearly to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and consultation notes.
- Handle patient queries professionally and empathetically.
- Identify cases requiring referral or additional medical evaluation.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient care and clinic operations.
- Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and patient safety standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Homeopathic Materia Medica, Organon, Repertory, and case analysis.
- Good clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a patient-focused approach.
- Good documentation and computer skills.
- Ability to manage both new and follow-up patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Eligibility
- BHMS / MD (Homoeopathy) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable State/Central Homoeopathy register.
- Freshers can apply; experienced candidates will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Freshers: Good opportunity for junior consultants.
- 1–5+ years: Prior clinical consultation experience preferred.
- Experience in chronic cases, patient counselling, and follow-up management is an advantage.
