Role: Home-Based Physiotherapist

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Physiotherapists with 13 years of professional experience who are passionate about working with the senior population. This is a non-clinical, home visit-based role focusing on functional mobility, pain management, posture correction, and strength recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct personalized 1-on-1 physiotherapy sessions at client homes

Perform detailed initial assessments and functional movement screenings

Develop and implement customized rehab protocols for musculoskeletal and age-related conditions

Focus on mobility, posture correction, pain management, balance, and fall prevention

Maintain client session records, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Collaborate with internal teams including fitness coaches and nutritionists for holistic care

Educate clients and families on corrective exercises, ergonomics, and preventive practices

Required Qualifications & Skills:

BPT or MPT degree from a recognised institution

13 years of clinical or on-field physiotherapy experience

Strong understanding of functional movement therapy, rehab protocols, and patient-centered care

Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to build trust with senior clients

Must have a valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler (mandatory)
