We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Home Nurse to provide high-quality patient care at home. The ideal candidate should be experienced in monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and coordinating with doctors and family members to ensure proper patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients at home based on physician instructions.
- Monitor patient health, vital signs, and medical conditions regularly.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
- Maintain accurate patient records and prepare daily health reports.
- Support elderly, post-surgery, bedridden, or chronically ill patients.
- Educate family members about patient care and medication schedules.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and comfort of patients at all times.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and caregivers for treatment updates.
- Respond quickly to medical emergencies when required.
