Job Description

Serve as a paramedic assistant supporting factory occupational health employees.
Perform nursing duties across all levels, including routine health check-ups and vaccinations.
Handle onsite emergencies efficiently, providing immediate care.
Restore and promote patient health by completing the nursing process.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Provide physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends.
Identify patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and their families.
Assure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and regulatory requirements.
Resolve patient problems and needs using multidisciplinary team strategies.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Protect patients and employees by following infection-control policies, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
Document patient care services accurately in patient and departmental records.
