Home nurse

Roles and Responsibility:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with chronic illnesses or disabilities, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to provide holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
• Educate patients and their families on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in home nursing.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in home nursing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
