Are you an experienced Home Loan professional with a passion for training and developing teams Here's an opportunity to take your expertise into a dynamic Training & Development role!
Location: Mumbai/Pune/Chennai
Experience: 3–4+ Years in Home Loans
Industry: Housing Finance / NBFC / BFSI
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
What You'll Be Responsible For:
* Design & deliver training on Home Loan Products, Credit Assessment, Sales & Operations
* Conduct new employee induction, refresher & skill enhancement programs
* Identify capability gaps and create targeted training plans
* Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments & business impact
* Stay updated on housing finance regulations and market developments
What We're Looking For:
Strong understanding of housing finance processes & compliance
Excellent presentation, communication & facilitation skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical training content
Willingness to travel locally/regionally for training deployments
High-energy, people-oriented & self-driven
