Role Objective
Build and scale the home loan vertical from scratch. Drive sourcing, partnerships, and customer conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up lender partnerships (banks/NBFCs).
- Design loan journey (lead to disbursal).
- Work with sales team to convert property clients into loan customers.
- Build SOPs, pricing logic, and commission structures.
- Track funnel metrics: login, sanction, disbursal.
- Improve TAT and customer experience.
- Coordinate with ops, legal, and sales teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years experience in home loans / mortgage / BFSI.
- Experience in DSA, bank, or fintech lending setup.
- Strong understanding of loan process (login → sanction → disbursal).
- Good relationship skills with lenders.
- Execution-focused. Comfortable building from scratch.
