Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of Home Loan products through the Corporate DSA channel.
  • Identify potential homebuyers and investors.
  • Maintain relationships with banking partners and housing finance companies.
  • Conduct customer meetings and explain project details, pricing, and offers.
  • Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Convert inquiries into site visits and bookings.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
  • Meet assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
  • Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Coordinate with sales teams for customer closures.
