Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Home Loan products through the Corporate DSA channel.
- Identify potential homebuyers and investors.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and housing finance companies.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain project details, pricing, and offers.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into site visits and bookings.
- Build strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Meet assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with sales teams for customer closures.
