Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Loan Sales Professional located in Andheri. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their loan requirements, and offering tailored home loan solutions. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating with financial institutions, managing loan applications, and ensuring efficient documentation. The professional will also provide expert advice on loan products, interest rates, and financial planning.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
- Understanding of Home Loans, Mortgage Products, and Lending Processes
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Loan Advisory is preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with attention to detail
- Knowledge of local real estate and lending market trends is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
