Job Title- Home Loan Sales Manager

Location- Hoodi Circle Bangalore & Financial District Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Handle company-provided home loan leads and follow up with customers regularly.

Explain home loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.

Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for smooth loan processing and approvals.

Collect and verify customer documents required for home loan applications.

Maintain good engagement and professional relationships with banking personnel.

Visit project sites and conduct weekend desk activities to generate and convert leads.

Bring new builder projects and business opportunities for company tie-ups.

Ensure timely updates and status tracking of customer applications.

Achieve monthly business and conversion targets.

Maintain proper MIS and customer records.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Knowledge of home loan process and banking documentation.

Strong coordination and relationship management skills.

Ability to work on targets and field activities.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM preferred).

Willingness to travel for project visits and weekend activities.

Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA Preferred

Experience in Home Loan, Banking, Real Estate, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
