Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for home loan, LAP products, and Micro Lap.

2. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.

3. Managing business for Home loan and Loan against property through DSA channel ensuring service and escalation handling of existing customers and following credit compliance in every sanction.

4. Developing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
