Home Loan Executive (Voice Process)

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven candidates (freshers or experienced) to join our Health Insurance Sales Process. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining insurance products, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for health insurance sales.
• Explain product features, benefits, and policies in Hindi/Marathi with basic English.
• Generate leads, convert them into policy sales, and achieve daily/monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update sales details in CRM.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and follow-up.
• Support upselling and cross-selling of insurance products.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass).
• Experience: Open for Freshers and Experienced candidates.
• Languages: Good communication in Hindi & Marathi and basic English.
• Strong customer handling, persuasion, and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
