Job Summary:We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Home Care Nurses to provide patient-centric healthcare services at patients homes. The ideal candidate should be skilled, empathetic, and committed to improving patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to patients at home
- Monitor patient health, vital signs, and recovery progress
- Assist in basic medical procedures and daily care
- Maintain hygiene and ensure patient comfort and safety
- Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and patient families
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
Requirements:- Registered Nurse License or recently graduated
- 01 year of experience (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Willingness to travel for home visits
Preferred Skills:- Basic clinical and patient handling skills
- Professional attitude and hygiene standards
- Ability to handle elderly and critical care patients
