Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Home Health Caretaker. The Home Health Caretaker will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, including personal care, medication management, mobility support, and simple meal preparation. They will also monitor the overall well-being of clients and report any health changes. Ensuring emotional support and comfort to clients and maintaining clear communication with families and healthcare professionals are integral parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in providing personal care, mobility support, and medication assistance
• Basic knowledge of elder care, post-hospital recovery, and physiotherapy care practices
• Interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and their families
• Compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to client well-being
• Formal training or certification in nursing, caregiving, or related healthcare fields is preferred
• Previous experience in home healthcare or similar roles is an advantage
• Ability to maintain professional ethics and handle confidential information responsibly
